What we have with Jethro Tull's "Thick As A Brick" is a concept album. 'Conceptually' is how you must think to appreciate the otherworldly genius of this. The Supra Consciousness (Universal Mind) uses reality as if a language. People already have a certain knowledge and general conceptual understanding of many stories: The lives of famous people, popular literature and music, world history, current events, and even cosmology and physics. There are many parables hidden beneath the surface of these stories.

The Supra Consciousness is not the only one who can exert an influence upon reality. For example, you can exert an influence upon reality with the stories that you tell, "The Stories of Your Lives."
